SERVICES
Individual &
Family Therapy
Intake session is 1 hour. Following sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon the comfort of the individual or family.
Group
Therapy
Sessions are 1 and ½ hours and run every other week as posted below.
Sign up is required, see upcoming events below to reserve your spot.
Community Events & Workshops
Open Studio for adults in the local community, check dates below, sign up is required, 25$ per person, art supplies are provided.
Open Studio for existing clients is every other Friday from 12-2 , check dates below Suggested donation of 20$ or what you can afford or donate art materials drop in or sign up.
I am not accepting new clients at this time.
Payments
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum/United Healthcare insurances. Each insurance plan is unique and offers different co-pays, coverage and deductibles. I suggest calling your insurance company to ask what they cover or in case you have a deductible, if it applies for outpatient mental health counseling. I also accept self-pay and can discuss fees and payment options upon request.
